UK’s leading translation and interpretation company Translation Empire is looking for a Product Owner. We are committed to driving excellence and constant improvement in our offerings, and we are looking for a motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with your teams, look at user feedback, and help improve the product.
- Collaborate with designers to make the product easy to use.
- Develop business cases and user stories for new features.
- Work with the design team to draft versions of your product or service.
- Keep people informed about your product’s development.
- Manage relationships between teams, partners, and customers, taking overall responsibility for the success of your product.
- Contribute towards product strategy and vision, meeting regularly with all stakeholders, including product developers, marketing, customer service, finance, and company heads.
- Collect, analyse and respond to user feedback, manage one or more budgets, gather and evaluate ideas and opinions.
- Plan new features and changes to a product, demonstrating new ideas and features to stakeholders, creating timelines and roadmaps for developing the product.
- Attend conferences and events related to a product or sector, implementing or supporting marketing campaigns, creating and overseeing development and project management processes.
- Inspire and enthuse colleagues and users of the product, learning about users and a product’s market, researching competitors and similar products.
Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware and software.
- Attention to detail, customer service skills, and the ability to use your initiative.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to use a computer and main software packages confidently.
- Decisive, visionary, and able to support decisions with research.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful service delivery and management.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to assess market trends, user needs and business opportunities.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Skill in gathering and analyzing user feedback to inform product enhancements and iterations.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including development, design, and marketing.
