Job summary

CureMD is seeking an experienced Manager, Product Owner to lead product discovery, solution design, and delivery for complex product initiatives. You will manage and mentor a team of Product Owners/Business Analysts while collaborating closely with Product Leadership, Architecture, UX, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.

• Strong understanding of web-based systems, APIs (REST/JSON/XML) and data formats.
• Experience with prototyping tools and Agile or hybrid product development environments.
• Healthcare technology experience is a plus.

• Oversee functional documentation and product readiness for development.
• Support release planning, rollout strategies, and product adoption initiatives.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet usability, performance, and integration expectations.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience leading or mentoring Product Owners/Business Analysts.
• Strong understanding of web-based systems, APIs, integrations, and data formats (REST, JSON, XML).
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Balsamiq.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid product development environments.
• Healthcare technology experience is a plus.
