Job summary

Remote People is building a global workforce management platform that handles payroll, compliance, and invoicing. We’re hiring a senior product professional to own the strategy and roadmap for a B2B SaaS area, working cross-functionally with Finance, Payroll, Ops, Engineering, and Design.

You’ll define success metrics, shape pricing/invoice workflows, and partner with ERP integrations to deliver scalable, trusted solutions in a fast-growing, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product, with ownership of complex B2B SaaS or fintech products.
• Strong product fundamentals and backlog ownership.
• Excellent stakeholder management and concise communication.
• You understand data models, integrations and trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap across your area from problem to delivery.
• Lead discovery with Finance, Payroll, and Operations to fix bottlenecks and reduce errors.
• Partner with engineering and design as a triad for problem discovery and solution design.
• Improve pricing, invoicing, and billing visibility, reducing escalations.
• Own payroll-to-invoice validation and invoice clarity.
• Create pathways to correct invoices without excessive reissuing.
• Maintain SSOT for pricing across the platform and billing configurations.
