Job summary

Educative, Lahore-based, is seeking a hands-on Designer to shape experiences for millions of learners. You will lead research, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design across products, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and leadership to bring ideas to life.

You will defend design choices, push for higher quality, and help evolve AI-ready design systems within a fast-moving team.

Qualifications

A track record of real design impact on products.
Full design process from research to usability testing.
A strong visual/interaction design portfolio.
Ability to defend design decisions with rationale.
Comfort collaborating with product, engineering and leadership.
Genuine drive to push for better, not just 'good enough'.
Design degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Advocate for the customer experience and improve usability.
Partner with product managers on feedback and roadmap; work with engineering to bring designs to life.
Set design direction from user research and cross-team input; translate concepts to wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
Present and defend design decisions to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Work within and evolve the design system to support scaling of the product.
Raise the bar on design quality and anticipate user needs.
