We are Art of Regalia, a symbolic regalia brand based in Turkey, specializing in high-quality handcrafted Masonic and esoteric products. As we expand our e-commerce operations, we are looking for a creative and organized Product Content Assistant to support product listing and image preparation on our Odoo-based platform.

Responsibilities

• Add products to our Odoo 18 e-commerce system (we will provide the product list).
• Upload a minimum of 3 images per product, using provided raw files.
• Generate product descriptions using ChatGPT (Plus account access will be provided).
• Enter product SEO metadata (title, keywords, tags).
• Assign the correct product category (will be provided).
• Enter product pricing and variants (e.g., color, size), with related images.
• Input estimated weight in grams per product.
• Use Photoshop to prepare and enhance product images, add consistent colored backgrounds and subtle shadows.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience with Photoshop (editing, cropping, background/color correction).
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (especially Odoo or similar CMS).
• Ability to use AI tools like ChatGPT for content generation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English.
