This role is an equal blend of product analysis (50%) and design validation (50%), making it ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, usability, and design. The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure that every release meets both business goals and design expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with product managers to translate business goals into actionable product requirements.
• Partner with designers using Figma to validate wireframes, prototypes, and final UI assets, ensuring design accuracy in implementation.
• Conduct usability reviews, journey mapping, and interaction analysis to validate that design intent aligns with user expectations.
• Support product decisions by analyzing user behavior, adoption trends, and product performance metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations for product improvements based on both data and design validation findings.
• Participate in sprint reviews, design critiques, and planning sessions to represent both the analytical and design quality perspectives.
• Document outcomes, insights, and improvement opportunities in a clear and structured way for stakeholders.
• Contribute to building scalable design validation and product analysis frameworks that enhance product quality.
