Job summary

Getz Pharma seeks a procurement professional to manage indirect goods, giveaways, services and events. You will coordinate with stakeholders to define requirements, timelines and budgets while ensuring policy compliance.

You will handle end-to-end procurement from RFQs to PO creation, build vendor relationships, monitor deliveries, ensure proper invoicing and three-way matching, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Understanding of end-to-end procurement: PR, PO, GRN/SES, invoice processing.
• Experience with SAP procurement processes and PR-to-PO workflows.
• Familiarity with P2P controls and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to define event and giveaway requirements, timelines and budgets in line with procurement policies.
• Manage end-to-end procurement: RFQs, quotation analysis, vendor selection, negotiations and PO creation.
• Build and manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with terms and procurement guidelines.
• Monitor deliveries of giveaways and event services and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure accurate processing of POs, GRNs/SES, invoices; support three-way matching.
• Maintain P2P governance and documentation for audits and controls.
• Prepare spend and vendor performance analyses and drive cost-saving improvements.
