  • Asset Sourcing: Conduct market research and support the sourcing process for high-value B2B assets critical to government projects (TV screens, Chromebooks, Laptops, Furniture, etc.)
  • Educational content licensing and software.
  • Negotiation Support: Actively support commercial negotiations with suppliers by preparing required data, running pricing comparisons, and participating in initial negotiation discussions to secure favorable pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Cost & Spend Analysis: Analyze purchasing data to track spending against government project budgets and identify key areas for cost-saving and process optimization.
  • P2P Execution: Manage the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, assisting with requisition validation, Purchase Order (PO) creation, and tracking asset deployment to government partnership sites.
II. Finance & Vendor Payments
  • Accounts Payable Support: Process and reconcile vendor invoices, ensuring strict alignment with POs and contracts. Support the timely and accurate execution of all vendor payments.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate regular analytical reports, including procurement spend reports, cost variance analysis, and payment cycle metrics for internal review and external reporting related to government partnerships.
III. Payroll Support (Noon Contracted Staff)
  • Data Preparation: Collect, verify, and accurately input all required data for the timely preparation of monthly payroll for Noon Academy-contracted principals and facilitators.
  • Documentation & Records: Manage and meticulously maintain all required financial, contractual, and personnel documentation (e.g., contracts, payment schedules, tax forms) specific to the Noon Academy principals and facilitator staff.
  • Compliance: Assist in reconciling payroll entries to the General Ledger and ensuring compliance with local labor and tax regulations regarding these staff payments.
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in a procurement, finance, or analyst role involving purchasing and/or accounts payable.
  • Demonstrable ability to support and participate in commercial discussions/negotiations.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data modeling, pivot tables) and experience working with an ERP or financial management system.
Preferred
  • Experience in the EdTech sector or in supporting projects involving government contracts.
  • Foundational knowledge of local labor, tax, and public procurement regulations.
