Presales Consultant – Cybersecurity Solutions

We are seeking a skilled Presales Consultant with 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT services, or managed services. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by understanding client requirements, presenting cybersecurity solutions, preparing proposals, and assisting in converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls and assess client security requirements.
• Present and explain cybersecurity solutions to prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and solution documentation.
• Support sales meetings, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding cybersecurity services and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop tailored solutions.
• Assist with RFP/RFI responses and proposal submissions.
• Stay current with cybersecurity trends, compliance standards, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Cybersecurity Sales Support, IT Services, or Managed Services.
• Strong understanding of SOC, Endpoint Security, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, Risk Management, and Compliance Frameworks.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong proposal writing and client-facing abilities.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MSSP, SOC, GRC, or Managed Security Services.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and healthcare compliance requirements.
• Relevant certifications such as Security+, CEH, or ISO 27001 Foundation.
