Introduction

Responsibilities

Specifically, you will be responsible to:

• troubleshoot, rectify, and solve the problem by proper utilization of resources like material, tools, and manpower
• coordinate with the immediate supervisor to review the job allocation sheet at least twice a day to streamline the areas, workload, and emergency complaints
• carry out repair and maintenance jobs on plumbing fixtures, fittings, and associated piping in an effective and efficient manner to minimize recurring breakdowns
• record all required information on job activities to maintain history in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• follow safety procedures at work
• work may involve shift duties as and when required or assigned by senior engineer
• Execute planned preventive maintenance on plumbing fittings, sewerage/drain lines, grease traps, and neutralization tanks as per defined procedures to prevent breakdowns
• any other related task as assigned by Supervisor / Senior Engineer.

Requirements

You must have:

• Matriculation (Preferred)
• minimum of 03 to 05 years of relevant experience
• analytical abilities with problem-solving skills
• ability to draw line sketches and drawings
• knowledge of good plumbing practices
• ability to understand and write simple English and Urdu
