Pakistan Single Window (PSW) is recruiting on behalf of the National Agri-Trade and Food Safety Authority (NAFSA) to join its foundational team. Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in business registration systems, compliance management, or SPS regulatory operations.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and regulatory decision-making skills.
• High integrity and ability to manage sensitive regulatory information.
• Research publications in HEC-recognised journals (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Manage registration, renewal, suspension, and cancellation of plant-related businesses and facilities.
• Ensure SOPs and legal requirements are followed in registrations.
• Review and validate applications and compliance evidence for registration/approval.
• Supervise officers handling registrations and maintain registers.
• Maintain national registers and databases of registered plant-related businesses.
• Coordinate with inspection, surveillance, diagnostics, and ITC operations for registration inputs.
• Monitor compliance and initiate regulatory actions as authorised.
• Communicate registration decisions and support audits and reports.
• Ensure transparency and confidentiality in line with SPS principles.
• Perform other responsibilities for NAFSA’s mandate.
