Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer with a background in Mechanical Engineering and at least six years of experience in turnarounds/shutdowns in the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project execution, team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and business development.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the site manager to achieve project & turnaround objectives.
  • Ensure all necessary inputs (resources) are available to implement the company's systems for effective planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling.
  • Update turnaround activities in Level IV plan in close coordination with Discipline In-charge and Site Manager.
  • Prepare achievable targets from execution staff for Level IV plan.
  • Manage project cost & financial aspects, ensuring budget adherence and cost control.
  • Monitor project scheduling, monitoring, reporting & execution for timely completion and corrective actions.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders for smooth communication and project progress.
