Job summary

Dr. Zia Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Production incharge for its Lahore facility. The role leads manufacturing, filling and packaging operations, while coordinating staff, materials, and equipment to meet production schedules.

The position requires a Pharm-D / B.Pharm / BHMS and 4–5 years of production experience, with preference for nutraceutical, cosmetic & herbal backgrounds. GMP compliance and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Pharm-D, B.Pharm, or BHMS degree required.
• 4–5 years production experience in pharma.
• Nutraceutical, cosmetic & herbal exp preferred.
• GMP and batch documentation knowledge.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise manufacturing, filling & packaging.
• Manage staff, materials, equipment & schedules.
• Ensure GMP & quality compliance.
• Review batch records & coordinate with QA/QC.
