Responsibilities
  • Manage the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings.
  • Maintain efficient and organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Communicate effectively on behalf of the Director with internal teams and external stakeholders.
