About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to support the senior management of a leading fashion retail brand. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing administrative tasks with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management.

Coordinate international travel arrangements, including visa processing, airline bookings, and hotel accommodations.

Prepare, review, and manage documents, correspondence, and reports.

Organise schedules, meetings, and appointments to ensure effective time management.

Handle confidential information with discretion.

Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognised institution.

6-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proven experience in handling international travel documentation and arrangements.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
