Role Summary
We are launching a new‑age global digital connectivity business centered around E‑SIM technology, and we’re seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead growth across markets. This role demands a data‑driven marketer who will design and execute full‑funnel paid campaigns, blending analytical precision, creative storytelling, and growth experimentation to maximize acquisition, activation, and lifetime value for our digital users.
Duties And Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and own the global performance marketing strategy for eSIM products across key digital channels (Search, Social, Display, Video, Affiliate, and Programmatic).
- Design full‑funnel acquisition frameworks that drive measurable outcomes — CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and retention uplift.
- Create scalable, automated campaign architectures for multi‑market execution.
Execution & Optimization
- Launch, manage, and continuously optimize high‑budget paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other ad networks.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing across creatives, audience cohorts, and landing experiences.
- Partner with the Product & UI teams to refine activation flows, checkout UX, and onboarding journeys to improve conversion and retention.
Analytics & Insights
- Implement robust tracking and attribution using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools (Looker, Data Studio, Power BI, etc.).
- Monitor daily and weekly campaign performance, reporting insights and recommendations to leadership. Monitor results against business targets.
- Leverage analytics to identify emerging opportunities by region, validity, audience segment and product attributes.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and platform updates.
Collaboration
- Work cross‑functionally with Product, Commercial, and Design teams to ensure alignment between campaign messaging, pricing, and product features.
- Own the performance marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and cost efficiency across global markets.
Job Specifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, preferably in telecom, digital products, or e‑commerce.
- Proven record of managing significant monthly ad spend with high ROI.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic buying, affiliate and influencer marketing.
- Advanced proficiency in GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Experience analyzing funnel and usage data to enhance conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Familiarity with E‑SIM, mobile plans, or digital subscription models will be an advantage.
- Creative thinker with an experimental, data‑driven approach to problem‑solving.
- Analyze usage data and feedback to enhance performance, usability, and customer satisfaction.
