Position Title: Performance Marketer
Location: Onsite – Karachi
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)

About the Role:

Digital Auxilius is seeking a Performance Marketer with proven expertise in running and scaling paid advertising campaigns. This role is highly performance-driven, requiring deep knowledge of platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and X (Twitter). The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking with creative strategy to maximize ROI, generate leads, and achieve measurable business outcomes.

Candidates with experience in conversion optimization, retargeting campaigns, reporting dashboards, and marketing automation will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

  • Develop strategies to maximize ROI, reduce CAC, and increase lead generation.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.).

  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages for performance improvement.

  • Work closely with content and design teams to align ads with brand messaging.

  • Implement retargeting strategies to nurture leads and improve funnel efficiency.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

  • Manage budget allocation and bid strategies to ensure cost efficiency.

  • Support email marketing and automation campaigns to drive nurturing and retention.

  • Create and maintain detailed performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).

  • Build dashboards and automated reporting systems using tools like Google Data Studio, Looker, Power BI, or Excel.

  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to management and stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing and paid campaign management.

  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns with measurable ROI improvements.

  • Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other tracking platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, attribution models, and reporting dashboards.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Self-starter with strong project management and coordination skills.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.).

  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM basics to complement paid marketing efforts.

  • Familiarity with influencer and affiliate marketing strategies.
