• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure all food safety standards are followed during preparation and storage.
• Decorate pastries using various techniques to create aesthetically pleasing presentations.
• Keep work area clean and organized at all times.
• Train new staff members on pastry‑making techniques and procedures.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create dessert menus for special events or occasions.
