Job summary

UrbanForm Developments in Faisalabad is seeking a skilled Turner for a part-time position. You will operate and maintain lathes, mills, grinders, drills, and saws to shape metal and other materials to precise specifications.

The role requires reading technical drawings, setting up machines, and monitoring quality while maintaining safety. A minimum of two years' Turner experience and good English communication are preferred; accommodation and visa considerations may be available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Turner or in a similar role.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and using measuring instruments
• Strong understanding of machine operations and maintenance
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Good communication skills in English (Urdu is a plus)
• Must have own hand tools (company will provide larger equipment)

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machines such as lathes, mills, grinders, drills, and saws to meet specs.
• Read and interpret technical drawings to determine product specifications.
• Set up machines with correct tools, attachments, and materials.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards.
