Job summary

Want More is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tester for a part-time role based in Lahore, Pakistan. The tester will test software products for bugs, develop and execute test cases, and report defects clearly. Collaboration with developers to resolve issues and regression testing will be required.

Visa and accommodation support are available for suitable candidates. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, experience in QA, and familiarity with JIRA/HP ALM;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or HP ALM.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or C++.

Responsibilities

• Test software products for bugs, errors and usability issues.
• Develop and execute test cases based on project requirements.
• Identify and report defects in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure bug fixes do not cause new issues.
