The tutor will plan and deliver engaging lessons for primary and secondary students, adapting teaching methods to different learning levels and needs. The role requires patience, clear communication, sound subject knowledge, and a student-focused approach.

• Teach assigned primary and secondary subjects through structured individual or small-group sessions.
• Prepare lesson plans, learning activities, exercises, and revision material.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and relevant foundation staff.
• Identify learning gaps and adjust instruction to improve comprehension and performance.
• Encourage positive classroom behavior, participation, confidence, and independent learning.
• Maintain accurate attendance, progress, and lesson records.
