Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role.
• Knowledge of different types of plaster and their applications.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions.
• Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy equipment and stand for long periods of time.
• Attention to detail with good hand-eye coordination.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with team members or clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, smoothing, and applying primer.
• Mix and apply plaster using hand tools or spray equipment.
• Create desired textures or patterns using different tools and techniques.
• Repair damaged plaster and fill cracks or holes.
• Install insulation materials for soundproofing or thermal insulation.
• Follow safety procedures and use protective gear when working with hazardous materials.
