As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces in both residential and commercial settings. This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 20 hours of work per week.

• Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, filling holes and cracks, and washing walls as needed
• Mix and match paints to achieve desired colors
• Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers or sprayers
• Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas
• Smooth out uneven surfaces and ensure proper coverage of paint
• Clean up work areas after completing the job
• Communicate with clients to understand their painting needs and provide recommendations if necessary
