We are seeking a part-time moderator to join our team in Gujrat As a moderator you will be responsible for monitoring online forums chat rooms and discussions to ensure that all posts and comments adhere to the community guidelines Your primary role will be to foster a positive and respectful environment for users by enforcing rules and resolving conflicts

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor online discussions and user-generated content to identify any violations of community guidelines


• Enforce community rules by removing inappropriate content issuing warnings or banning users if necessary


• Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries concerns or complaints


• Collaborate with other moderators to address emerging issues or trends within the community


• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for community management


• Participate in regular meetings with the moderation team to discuss updates and strategies

Requirements

• Previous experience moderating online communities or social media platforms preferred


• Strong understanding of online etiquette and ability to enforce rules in a fair and unbiased manner


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations


• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate potential issues and take appropriate action

Salary 1800$ per month based on experience
