Job summary

SummitLab in Gujrat (India) is seeking a Part-Time Moderator to help maintain order on our online platform. This role requires monitoring user-generated content, enforcing community guidelines, and responding to reports with timely, fair decisions.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of moderation experience, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently. English proficiency is required; biometric passport familiarity is a plus but not mandatory.

The Part-Time Moderator will be responsible for maintaining order and enforcing community guidelines on a popular online platform. This position is based in Gujrat and is open to all genders.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor user-generated content and ensure it adheres to community guidelines
• Respond to user inquiries and reports in a timely manner
• Take appropriate action against users who violate community guidelines including issuing warnings and bans
• Collaborate with other moderators to address recurring issues
• Stay up-to-date on platform updates and changes in community guidelines

Working Hours

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The moderator will be expected to work 15 hours per week with the possibility of additional hours during peak times.

Salary

The salary for this position is 1800$ per month
