Job summary

JobCenter in Multan is seeking a skilled Metal Worker for a part-time position. You will cut, shape, and assemble metal pieces according to blueprints to create various structures and products.

The role requires experience with metalworking tools, reading technical drawings, and strong attention to detail. Salary is $1,300 per month. We are open to candidates of all genders, but due to physical labor, female candidates are preferred. Accommodation will not be provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Metal Worker or similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient with hand tools and equipment such as saws, shears, grinders.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine specifications for metal pieces.
• Measure and mark dimensions on metal sheets or bars using measuring tools such as rulers and calipers.
• Cut metal pieces using shears, saws, or torches according to specifications.
• Shape metal pieces using tools such as hammers, presses, and grinders.
• Weld or solder metal pieces together to create structures or products.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
