Job summary

StoryPoint Walton is seeking a Dishwasher to join our dining operations in the community environment. The role involves washing and unloading dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and equipment, with part-time shifts that include mornings or evenings and weekends.

You will work with the culinary team to ensure sanitation and efficiency, maintain supplies, and support a positive resident experience. Prior dishwashing is preferred but not required, and a friendly, team-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items - comply with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
