Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with instruments preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of electronics and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on various types of instruments according to manufacturer's recommendations.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with malfunctioning instruments.
• Repair or replace faulty components as needed.
• Calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy and proper functioning.
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance performed on instruments.
• Communicate any issues or concerns to supervisor in a timely manner.
