Job summary

Woopel in Lahore, Pakistan invites an Information Security Analyst to join our part-time team. You will conduct security audits, assess risks, and implement protective measures to safeguard company data while working with flexible hours and an optional remote arrangement.

The role requires a Bachelors in CS or related field, at least 2 years in security, familiarity with OS, networks, and security tools, plus strong communication. Certifications like CISSP/CISM/CEH are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in information security.
Knowledge of common operating systems, network protocols and security tools.
Experience with risk assessments and implementing security controls.

Responsibilities

Perform regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Monitor network activity for unauthorized access or malicious activity.
Conduct forensic investigations when security incidents occur.
Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding information security.
