Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Proven work experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of information security principles, protocols and technologies such as firewalls, encryption methods, intrusion detection systems.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, 27002, NIST or CIS Controls.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify potential risks and develop effective solutions.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in our systems
• Implement and maintain security protocols to protect against unauthorized access, data loss or cyber attacks
• Monitor network traffic and system logs for any suspicious activity or breaches
• Investigate and respond to security incidents including conducting forensic analysis and implementing remediation measures
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats and vulnerabilities to ensure our systems are protected at all times
• Train employees on security best practices and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
