Qualifications

Proven experience as Industrial Architect or similar role.

Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Strong communication and ability to present ideas visually through drawings and models.

Responsibilities

Design industrial buildings and facilities according to client specifications.
Create detailed plans, blueprints and 3D models using CAD software.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible.
Monitor construction progress to ensure projects are within budget and on time.
Conduct site visits to gather information and adjust designs as needed.
Review building codes and safety standards for compliance.
Communicate with clients regularly to provide progress updates.
