United Smart Tech is seeking an Excel-proficient accounting professional to support financial reporting and analysis. This role goes beyond routine bookkeeping, focusing on preparing and refining financial reports, budgets, and cash flow projections.

• Strong accounting fundamentals.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience preparing financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Solid understanding of cash vs. accrual accounting; ability to interpret data.
• Ability to work with templates and produce clear, accurate reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements using templates or new ones.
• Build and maintain cash flow projections weekly or monthly.
• Support budget preparation and financial planning.
• Organize financial information for review and for the tax accountant.
• Refine and customize reporting templates as needed.
• Work from existing data; not primarily a day-to-day bookkeeping position.
• Build processes, reports, and projections from scratch when historical data is limited.
