Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture with 5+ years of experience, proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, and capable of mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Architect or Architecture Manager.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar software.
• Strong project management, leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Khanpur building codes or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage architectural projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time.
• Work with clients to understand needs, develop designs, and present proposals.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
