Job summary

ABS International offers a six-month paid Sales Internship based in Karachi, focusing on a US-facing campaign. Fresh candidates with strong English communication skills and a desire to build a career in international sales are encouraged to apply.

No prior experience or degree is required, with on-site work from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. Interns will perform live outbound calls to US customers from day one, supported by comprehensive training, daily coaching, and mentorship.

Qualifications

Fresh candidates with no prior sales or BPO experience preferred.
Strong spoken and written English skills essential for direct US client communication.
O-Level and A-Level graduates encouraged; current university students welcome.
On-site availability Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM–2:00 AM in Karachi.
Motivation and curiosity to build a career in sales beyond internship.

Responsibilities

Participate in comprehensive training on professional communication and outbound calling.
Engage in live calls with US-based prospects with real-time feedback.
Receive daily coaching and mentorship from experienced sales professionals.
Monitor performance against benchmarks for continuous growth.
Contribute actively to the sales process and hands-on experience.
