  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills for outbound messaging.
  • Experience with AI-based personalization and automation tools (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute targeted outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Identify and segment ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and craft personalized outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment between messaging and pipeline goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for higher engagement and conversions.
  • Experiment with automation tools, AI-driven personalization, and A/B testing to enhance effectiveness.
  • Build and manage reporting dashboards to track KPIs and ROI of outbound efforts.

As the Outbound Lead, you\'ll take ownership of Astera\'s demand generation initiatives, leading campaigns that attract and convert enterprise customers worldwide. You\'ll design and execute outbound marketing strategies leveraging data, automation, and creativity to drive measurable business impact. We are looking for these individuals for Astera and its brands, to help scale our outreach and accelerate global growth.
