Job Description

Seeking an Oracle Fusion Technical Specialist with expertise in GitHub, manual deployment processes, role configuration. The successful candidate will manage application deployments, fusion configurations, and report migrations, ensuring robust SOX compliance and relevant compliance laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage Oracle Fusion role configuration, user provisioning, and access controls.
  • Oversee report deployments and fusion configuration changes via GitHub and manual deployment methods.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and internal / external audit requirements during all deployment and admin activities.
  • Maintain technical documentation of deployments, configurations, admin activities, and role assignments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and support report and configuration rollouts.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and validate post-deployment and administrative activities.
  • Support and manage deployment pipelines, including both manual and version-controlled processes.
  • Perform routine system administration, including periodic user and role audits and updates.
  • Provide support for Oracle Fusion Quarterly Upgrades.
  • Support quarterly upgrades by reviewing security configurations, validating compliance with ITGC, and conducting user acceptance testing.
  • Commitment to staying updated with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices in Oracle applications and compliance.
  • Assist in training and onboarding for GitHub-driven deployment, SOX compliance, and administrative tasks.
  • Manage end-to-end Oracle Fusion environment refreshes for development, test, and production instances by coordinating with Oracle and internal teams to plan and execute refresh schedules and activities.
  • Perform pre-clone and post-clone assessments and activities including environment-specific configuration updates, data validations, and integration checks.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for all refresh and clone procedures ensuring auditability and consistent practices.
  • Maintain and update security controls and system configurations within Oracle Fusion.
  • Recommend best practices for report deployment, configuration management, upgrade support, and admin activities.
Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Information Systems or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of overall experience within Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS ERPs.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify security risks and compliance gaps.
Preferred Skills
  • Oracle Cloud certifications.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of additional Oracle modules.
