About the job Operations Lead - Work Together

Job Description: The Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficient functioning of various departments, and driving strategic initiatives. Handle the entire customer service of the companies B2C operations, answering customer questions, following up with returns, and exchanges. Working directly with the Chicago warehouse, printing shipping labels daily, or helping set up an automated label printing system across Shopify and TikTok. Check all sales platforms 5 days a week to make sure all operations are running smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Oversee daily operations of the company such as production, logistics, and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth operations across all functions.
  • Analyze operational performance and devise improvement strategies.
  • Prepare operational reports and introduce innovative solutions to optimize processes.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
