Role Description

The Onsite Manager is a full-time role based in Peshawar, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the site and ensuring smooth delivery of LMKR's products and services. This position coordinates local teams, allocates resources, and manages schedules to meet project timelines and quality standards. The Onsite Manager monitors operational performance, identifies process improvements, and implements site-level policies and procedures in alignment with company guidelines. The role involves regular communication with senior management and clients, preparing status reports, addressing issues, and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and corporate requirements. The Onsite Manager also supports staff development by guiding team members, facilitating training, and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong operational management skills, including onsite supervision, resource planning, and workflow coordination.
• Experience in stakeholder and client management, with the ability to maintain professional relationships and manage expectations.
• Solid organizational and planning abilities, including task prioritization, time management, and adherence to deadlines.
• Competence in reporting, documentation, and basic data analysis to monitor performance and support decision-making.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams, facilitate meetings, and resolve conflicts constructively.
• Knowledge of general health, safety, and compliance practices relevant to onsite operations.
• Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations, project tracking software).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Prior experience in site or facility management, project coordination, or operations in a technology or services environment is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Peshawar on a full-time basis and adapt to evolving operational and project needs.
