Qualifications

1–3 years of experience as a Data Engineer, BI Developer, or similar.
Strong MS SQL Server & T-SQL skills.
Hands-on with Azure tools - ADF, ADLS, Synapse.
Power BI proficiency for reports, dashboards, DAX, data modeling.
Solid understanding of ETL/ELT and star/snowflake data modeling.

Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines across on-premises and Azure environments.
Design and manage SQL Server objects - tables, views, stored procedures, and functions.
Build data ingestion and transformation solutions using SSIS, ADF, ADLS, Azure Synapse, and Databricks.
Create and manage Power BI datasets, dataflows, DAX measures, and interactive dashboards.
Ensure data quality, reliability, and timely availability across systems.
Troubleshoot pipeline failures, performance issues, and data inconsistencies.
Collaborate with analysts and business users on reporting requirements.
Document workflows, data models, and SOPs.
