Job summary

ContentStudio inc is looking for a seasoned online reputation and community manager to elevate our brand across reviews, forums, and search. You will own profiles on G2, Capterra, GetApp, Trustpilot, and more, run compliant review campaigns, and engage authentically in Reddit communities.

You will monitor engagement, respond to questions, and help shape our visibility on search and review platforms. Strong English writing and data-driven mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in online reputation management or related fields.
• Genuine Reddit fluency and participation in relevant communities.
• Working knowledge of SEO, backlinks, and branded search results.
• Ability to read and act on Google Search Console data.
• Experience owning profiles on major review platforms with compliant practices.
• Excellent written English and calm judgment under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise ContentStudio's profiles across major review platforms.
• Run compliant, ongoing review generation campaigns with real customers.
• Respond publicly to critical reviews in a calm, on-brand manner.
• Identify and dispute policy-violating reviews with proper documentation.
• Monitor platform verification requirements, ranking factors, and policy changes.
• Engage authentically in relevant subreddits and communities to discuss ContentStudio.
• Monitor mentions and respond to questions in forums and communities.
• Improve SEO visibility and track branded search performance.
• Pitch editors for inclusion in roundups and posts.
• Build a centralized view of brand mentions and sentiment, reporting regularly.
