Qualifications

• Master's Degree / Bachelor's (16 Years) in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Refining, Energy Economics, or Mechanical Engineering from an HEC/PEC recognized institution

Responsibilities

• Formulating implementation frameworks for the Pakistan Oil Refining Policy 2023
• Scrutinizing brownfield refinery upgrade projects to Euro-V standards
• Evaluating Gross Refining Margins (GRMs)
• Monitoring import parity pricing (IPP) formulas
• Reviewing strategic petroleum reserve policies
• Optimizing white oil pipeline logistics
• Analyzing downstream market competition
