Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and functioning of the NRC office
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of registration services to citizens
• Supervise and coordinate with office staff to maintain productivity and service standards
• Maintain records, reports, and administrative documentation in line with NADRA policies
• Handle public dealing with professionalism and resolve service-related issues
• Ensure compliance with organizational SOPs and security protocols
• Coordinate with regional/head office for operational matters and reporting
