Job summary

ShieldPro Protection in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a Network and Systems Administrator to design, install, configure and maintain our network infrastructure. You will also ensure the smooth operation of all servers, workstations and other network devices.

You will troubleshoot network issues, implement security measures, and provide technical support to end users. The role requires 3+ years in network administration and proficiency with Windows and Linux.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in network administration.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routing and switching.
Experience with firewall and VPN technologies.
Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems.

Responsibilities

Design and implement network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls and VPNs.
Monitor network performance to ensure efficiency and reliability.
Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution.
Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats.
Ensure all servers are running smoothly with regular maintenance checks.
Install and configure new workstations for employees as needed.
Provide technical support to end users on hardware/software/network related issues.
Create documentation for network procedures and configurations.
