Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive security solutions across various domains, maintaining protection of client systems and data.
• Conduct network security assessments, security architecture & design, and hardening activities.
• Harden firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco), WAF and VPN technologies.
• Implement IDS/IPS, Proxies, and network monitoring tools such as SIEM and NDR.
• Develop and present clear technical documentation and findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional PwC teams (cloud, infrastructure, risk, compliance) on complex engagements.

Qualifications

• Passionate about cybersecurity.
• Degree in Cyber Security or related disciplines (e.g., Computer Science or Systems) from an HEC recognised university.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, network protocols, routing/switching, and secure network design principles.
• Hands‑on experience with network hardening of firewalls, WAF, VPN, IDS/IPS, proxies, SIEM/NDR.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls.
• Knowledge of cloud networking and security concepts (AWS & Azure).
• Relevant certifications such as CISM, CCNA Security, CCNP Security, Fortinet NSE are a plus.
• Experience working in a client‑facing, consulting, or project‑based environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
