Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Network and Systems Administration experience.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, FTP, etc.
• Experience with network monitoring tools such as Wireshark or SolarWinds.
• Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs and IDS.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Gujrat Pakistan. As a Network and Systems Administrator you will be responsible for managing our network infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls and wireless access points
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Maintain security protocols and ensure data protection across the network
• Perform regular backups of critical data to ensure disaster recovery capabilities
• Provide technical support to employees regarding network connectivity and system usage
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software, including licenses and warranties
• Perform regular system updates and upgrades to improve functionality
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve any hardware or software issues
• Create documentation for network configurations, processes and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
• Knowledge of networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, FTP, etc.
• Experience with network monitoring tools such as Wireshark or SolarWinds
• Familiarity with security protocols including firewalls, VPNs and intrusion detection systems (IDS)
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical individuals

Salary

We are offering a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this position.

Location and Relocation

Our company is located in Gujrat, Pakistan. However, we are open to candidates from other cities who are willing to relocate.
