Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software development using .NET and C#.
• Experience building front-end apps with React and Next.js, plus HTML/CSS/JS.
• Hands-on cloud experience with Azure Services.
• Strong SQL Server and NoSQL (Cosmos DB) skills.
• Familiar with AI-native tools such as Copilot and MCP Server.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Git version control.
• Proficient in OOP and RESTful API design, and strong documentation skills.

About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven .NET Developer with 5+ years of professional experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications using C#, .NET, React, Next.js, Azure Services, SQL Server, and Cosmos DB. This role requires leveraging AI Native Tools like MCP Server, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Agent Framework, and Copilot Studio, alongside driving DevOps, CI/CD, and technical documentation efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using the .NET framework and .NET Core.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using C#, ASP.NET, and modern design patterns.
• Develop web applications, RESTful APIs, and backend services.
• Build interactive front-end interfaces and integrate server-side logic using React and Next.js.
• Work with relational and non-relational databases, including SQL Server and NoSQL (Cosmos DB), to design schemas, write complex queries, and optimize performance.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud-native applications on Azure Services.
• Leverage AI Native Tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, MCP Server, Microsoft Agent Framework, Copilot Studio) to enhance developer productivity and build AI-enabled features.
• Implement DevOps practices, build automated CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to continuous deployment.
• Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and maintain robust Technical Documentation.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues across development and production environments.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience using .NET and C#.
• Strong experience building front-end applications using React and Next.js alongside core technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, specifically Azure Services.
• Strong database experience with SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, database design) as well as NoSQL / Cosmos DB.
• Practical exposure to AI Native Tools such as GitHub Copilot, MCP Server, Microsoft Agent Framework, or Copilot Studio.
• Familiarity with DevOps workflows, automated CI/CD processes, and version control using Git.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and RESTful API architecture.
• Proven track record of creating clear Technical Documentation for code, architectures, and processes.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with good communication and teamwork abilities.
