The position emphasizes ethical conduct, data confidentiality, and scholarly communication, with opportunities to contribute to manuscripts, conference presentations, and policy briefs across neonatal and maternal health research.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Health Sciences, or Epidemiology.
• At least two years of relevant research experience.
• Experience with quantitative and/or qualitative methods.
• Familiarity with research ethics and data confidentiality.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning and implementation of research activities per protocol.
• Conduct literature reviews and evidence synthesis.
• Develop study tools, data collection instruments, and SOPs.
• Assist data management, cleaning, and dataset preparation.
• Support data analysis under supervision.
• Contribute to interpretation and reporting of findings.
• Coordinate with sites to ensure timely progress.
• Prepare manuscripts, abstracts, and policy briefs.
• Travel to study sites as required.
