Job summary

LIFT is hiring a Community Manager to lead a nationwide community-building program across Pakistan. You'll build, grow, and manage a vibrant design community at a national level, recruit Chapter Leads, launch Campus Ambassador programs, and execute events that shape Pakistan's creative ecosystem.

Based in Islamabad with some travel across Pakistan, you will develop partnerships with educational institutions and training platforms, manage events, and ensure localization and culturally relevant

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in community or ecosystem roles.
• Strong understanding of tech, education, and creative sectors.
• Experience managing ambassador networks at scale.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to plan and execute multi-regional events.
• Familiarity with design tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage regional community chapters.
• Recruit and train Chapter Leads across regions.
• Build Campus Ambassador Program across institutions.
• Plan community events uniting leads, ambassadors, and members.
• Develop landing pages for programs (chapters, ambassadors, education).
• Run influencer marketing to expand reach.
• Drive adoption of design tools in educational ecosystems.
• Build partnerships with educational institutions and platforms.
• Support localization and content relevance.
• Maintain content calendar and manage communications across channels.
