Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Monitor and verify school fee payments, monthly stipends, and educational materials provided to sponsored children.
• Conduct regular field visits to schools and beneficiaries across AJK to verify activities, records and progress.
• Maintain accurate beneficiary records and project databases, identifying missing or inconsistent data.
• Collect, validate and analyze data against indicators and targets; document beneficiary feedback.
• Prepare field visit reports and progress reports for management and donors on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Monitor safeguarding training and other planned activities; track participation and completion.
• Report implementation gaps and coordinate corrective actions with Field Officers, school heads and relevant departments.
• Protect beneficiary information; follow child safeguarding standards and report concerns through approved channels.
