Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for creating engaging and inclusive online communities? Our rapidly growing media company is seeking a Moderator to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing user-generated content on our various online platforms. This includes moderating comments, forums, and chat rooms to ensure they align with our community guidelines. You will also be responsible for addressing any user concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive or controversial topics with tact and diplomacy. Previous experience moderating online communities is preferred but not required. This is an urgent position with competitive salary and accommodation provided.
